Simply fill out our <a href=\"https:\/\/flintlibrary.org\/index.php\/card-application-form\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">online form<\/span><\/a>, and\u00a0once you have submitted your information, you will receive a library card in the mail that is active for 30 days. Before the end of the 30 days, please bring a form of photo ID with your Middleton address to the library to verify your information. If your photo ID does not have your current Middleton address listed, please bring a utility bill, property tax bill, or rental agreement proving Middleton residency to the library along with your photo ID.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>Flint Public Library cards may only be issued to residents of Middleton, Massachusetts. For that you will need a tangible card issued by the Flint Public Library or your home library. If you are a member of another library, bring that card along with a photo ID to either of the circulation desks.
