The Mission of the Flint Public Library Board of Trustees is to support Policy 3: Mission and Vision Statement of Flint Public Library as we work for the betterment of Library services for the community of Middleton. The Trustees advocate for Library patrons and staff by adopting policies, plans, by-laws and procedures that respect diversity of cultures, racial equity, and inclusion; provide free and equal access to information and new technology through approval and support of the Library budget; and evaluate and participate in the hiring of the Library Director to support the day-to-day operations of Flint Public Library and its staff.<\/p>\n

The library is supported through the Municipality of Middleton and overseen by an
\nelected Board of five Library Trustees,. Trustees are elected for a three year term and responsible for
